Five

The kids are loving the songs we have been singing... and I have tried to incorporate the numbers into their learning as well. We have been singing three different songs with "5" and showing them how to count on their hands.

Five Little Pumpkins sitting on a gate
The first one said "it's getting late."
The second one said "there are witches in the air"
The third one said "we don't care"
The fourth one said "halloween is fun"
The fifth one said "let's run run run"
And out (clap) went the lights and five little pumpkins rolled out of sight.

Five little monkeys sitting in a tree
Teasing mister alligator can't catch me no you can't catch me
Along comes mister alligator quiet as can be
Snap (clap)
-Repeat till you get to one
Snap (clap) - missed me missed me missed me

Five little monkeys jumping on the bed
One fell off and bumped his head
Ma ma called the doctor and the doctor said
No more monkeys jumping on the bed
-Repeat till you get to one
(YELL) No more monkeys jumping on the bed!
