Gg and Green Week
This week was busy. We reviewed our letters and learned Gg for goat and guitar. Sam brought 5 goats and a gazelle, while Max and Reese both brought a goose for show and tell. Good ideas! Sam also brought his goats in a green box. Our color of the week - green. We sang the Green song as well.
(Tune of Bingo)
There is a color we all know.
Can you guess what it is?
G R E E N, G R E E N, G R E E N
That's how you spell green.
Grass and leaves and treas are green.
And grasshoppers are green, too.
G R E E N, G R E E N, G R E E N
I like green, don't you?
We read Clifford's Thanksgiving Visit and made our crafts. We made a garage with many Gg words and we also made a ghost sucker. The kids started making Thanksgiving crafts by making our little marshmallow turkeys to be taken home later in the week.
Next week we will learn the letter Hh. Bring those Hh things! See you then!
