Christmas Party

Had our party today - kids sang lots of songs...Jingle Bells, Away in a Manger, We Wish You A Merry Christmas, etc. Also made some cute ornaments for the kids to take home. Great goodies and a visit from Santa was extra special! Everyone but Max and Karson enjoyed the visit and the kids tore into their gifts from Brenda. A very special thank you from Brenda and Cindy for all the gifts. We appreciate your children!!! Have a very Merry Christmas and a Very Happy New Year! We will resume circle time when the children go back to school the first week of January. Enjoy the slideshow of pictures from today's party!

Ll Week

This week we leared the letter Ll and words that begin with Ll such as ladder and lion. Addy brought a leopard and Briella brought a lamb and a Little Kids Lion Cubs that the kids really enjoyed looking at and reading! Good ideas. We sang "This Little Light of Mine" and the kids colored their weekly pictures to put in their folders of Lulu L. Ladybug. We got to make Lulu with paperplates that the kids enjoyed making at craft time. Next week is our Christmas party and we will have a very special visitor named Santa!!! It's the most wonderful time of the year!! See you next week!

Kk Week

This week we learned the letter Kk for koala and kite. The kids colored their weekly picture of Kiki K. Kite and made the actual kite today after circle time. We shared what we brought for Kk - Konner and Karson brought themselves (and we actually passed them around lol), Briella brought a king (card) and Addy brought a kitten and Karen (from Frosty). All good things. We also reviewed our letters and sang lots of songs that with our letters. Favorites would be Mr. Alligator and Itsy Bitsy Spider. The kids also did the Pledge of Allegiance, each taking a turn at holding the flag. Next week we will learn the letter Ll so bring those things that start with Ll!
